August 2006 - Weber Kettle Beer Can Chicken
At 6:50 PM the birds go on the grill. The new rack is substantial. I need to buy bigger chickens or clip through the rib cage. I had to wrestle with the birds to get them down over the rack. If they don't slid down far enough the lid won't close.
